In order to become a professional plating company, EGI has been certified by ISO and IATF quality management system at the "Start-up stage". Our quality staff and laboratory handle the in-process quality right from the raw material inspection, throughout all production stages such as mold injection molding, electroplating, assembly, and packaging. With the aid of quality management tools, we produce quality products at a relatively low cost.

EGI specializes in decorative plastic electroplating and surface treatment, including paint spray and hairline brushing. As for functional type processes, we have electroless plating designated for EMI shielding, whereas the coating is widely used in telecommunication, medical equipment, and entertainment systems.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality team consists of experienced IPQC, QA and QC, backed up by our Engineering and Management. To ensure good quality products and reduce scrap cost, statistical and process management tools are used to monitor our production stability and repeatability. All production lines' operators are trained to follow the working instruction that drafted by the project team and continuously making improvement from the "lesson learned".

The EGI R&D team consists of personnel from project management, engineering, and production. The project management takes up the responsibility at the commencement of the project, and leads through each stage until the "Start of Production". The team's specialist (including electroplating, injection molding, and value-adding processes) would meet regularly to discuss all outstanding issues until our final goal is achieved, i.e., meeting customer requirements and satisfaction.
